The Evolved and Embodied Empath

A message from the the Guides about my path as a leader and a guide for Highly Sensitive Souls/ Empaths. This message is for all HSPs who are looking to embody their truth and mission in this lifetime.

“What does it mean to be an evolved and embodied empath? This is what you are here to do. You here to learn firsthand what it means to move through the dissatisfaction of the highly sensitive temperament to land in a space of wellness through structure, skills and mindset of your Highest Self. Yes, yes, yes you are on FIRE!!! This is your mission. To tend to the hearts and Souls of those like you who have gone through so many initiations and have come through on the other side feeling empowered, hopeful and full of grace for themselves. What does it mean to be a fully embodied and full functioning empath? It involves taking FULL responsibility for your LIFE! It’s time for you and those who work with you to THRIVE and not just survive.

You are to get clear about the steps that it takes in order to thrive as an empath. Many, many sensitive souls are seeking validation outside of themselves for their joy and their livelihood. Many empathic souls who are very self aware are still doing this subconsciously. You must help them to see what they are doing so they can show up FULLY for themselves and arrive in a place of SELF energy leadership. Connecting humans to their higher selves is a BIG part of your mission. The highest self wants to be seen and heard and needs to be and is often overlooked or underplayed/ undervalued. You can come up with a system to help people attune to their highest selves directly in order to receive daily guidance and to land in a space of gentle self compassion and neutrality as the home base.

As sensitives, you all have the tendency to get pulled out of yourselves in different ways and you are here to help people ground into the earth plane, the heart and the connection to the SOUL for thriving not just surviving. When people learn how to self reference their internal guidance systems, they are able to see and know that they are fully self sufficient and anything else is just a bonus. When you function from this capacity, you recognize how FREE you really are in life. When you are not seeking validation or outside support for yourself constantly, you arrive in a place of self authority and self compassion as your baseline.

This is foundational to your healing, evolution and growth. The ability to self reference. When you don’t identify what you need or what you want then you aren’t communicating your needs and you are then at the mercy of whatever circumstances, people or situations show up in your field. There is a level of instability that comes into the psyche when humans are referencing outside of themselves for satisfaction or true love. This can only be found within, you see. This is how you can be free. To teach others what it means to be FULLY ACCOUNTABLE to themselves 100% of the time. Not 90% not 96% but 100% of the time. It comes back to your internal self as the reference point as your home base. How can you cultivate the coziest, safest, most supportive home within yourself?

Come back home to yourself! It is there that you will find your shadows, of course. It is there that you will need to encounter every part of yourself who developed specific needs, unique personalities and different ways of relating to the world. Who do you want to lead your system? Higher Self or a part? You are here to help others see from this lens and to connect the 3D with the spiritual. You get to do this in a way that is unique to you. Only YOU can share this message in the way that you will. This is a thrill! Oh what a joy and a grace to be in a place of understanding yourself on this level, loving yourself on this level to celebrate YOU!

You have much more access to neutrality in your field because you are landing in the spaciousness that is YOU. Yes of course you will need time and space to integrate this new reality for what it is and to let go of a dynamic that ultimately was not serving you, to see it for what it is through and through, that is what you must do. Take heart, you know exactly where to start. Get excited! Get excited because the world is your oyster and you can create whatever it is you want to create! Start where you are. Grow, grow grow! This is your flow. This is all you need to know.

Integration of psychology, science and spirituality. This is the divine three. The three pillars of your work. Deeply root yourself in each and integrate the three. This is such a joy and a thrill. If you leave one out then you will miss the divine triadic energy that is here to support you. Integration is key, don’t you see? Integration is key. This is your time to shine. Be the lighthouse. Take one step at a time and you will start to see your world open up in a way that feels delightfully divinely inspired.

The details matter. Yes, of course they do! And if that’s all you focus on you will never get started. Just start creating and learn as you go. You will develop your flow. You do not have to “arrive” at a certain timeline or capacity within yourself you just need to be willing to create NOW and learn as you go. There is no secret to the flow other than listening to our guidance and allowing your Highest Self to lead and then you will be FREED from any idea that you are not enough or that you are not capable of creating something that people will be able to follow and learn and grow from. This is your time to be YOU fully. There is nothing here to hold you back. You are no longer tethered to anyone or anything that is not in full alignment to your essence and your truest nature that is YOU.

This is an amazing time in the human capacity to create. You are all creators and each and every one of you has a voice to share. Do not be afraid that you will be overlapping with others because of course that will and does happen. Do not be afraid of being misunderstood because of course that will and does happen. Do not be afraid to SHINE your brightest light in the way that you do authentically and people will follow your essence.

What does it mean for HSP’s and empaths/ highly intuitive people to thrive? What skills do they need to have in order to fully master their journey in earth school? What can you do to support them on their journey in a way that is fully resonant with themselves? This is your mission. Be inspired! Get excited! Now is the time to shine. Go, go, go!!!”
